Philpott from Dean's Rag Book Company is a smart chap with a rather indignant expression! He is made from beige mohair with heavy charcoal tipping. The mohair is finished with a distinctive ratinee effect, giving him great texture and showing off his colours.
Philpott is a traditionally jointed teddy bear. He has black suedette paw pads, which are matched by his smart waistcoat which features two shiny black buttons.
