Steiff's Classic 1909 Teddy Bear has been made to reflect the style of the bears made and sold in that year. He has long limbs, low ears and a prominent muzzle, which is heavily shaved to show his horizontally stitched nose. He has beige felt paw pads and hand-stitched black claws.
This is a fully jointed teddy bear. He is also surface washable, with sparkling, safety eyes and he bears the famous Steiff brass-plated button in ear and yellow label.
