The Short Coat Chihuahua as we know today was discovered in the 1850's in the Mexican state of Chihuahua, from which he took his name.
They are the worlds smallest dog, but that is part of their charm, along with their larger-than-life outsize personality, which makes them appealing to men and women alike.

Although the Chihuahua is the smallest breed of dog, this realistic soft toy one is big enough for cuddling!! He has a smooth coat of fawn, short-pile plush fur, adorable big eyes and his distinctive large ears are lined in pink.
