Jubbly from Charlie Bears is the little brother of Lovely Bear. You can see the family resemblance in their coats of cuddly, long-pile plush fur, with strands of light grey. Jubbly also has a grey 'bib'! He has soft ultrasuede paw pads of elephant grey, with a hand-stitched nose to match. Jubbly has adorable, brown pupil eyes and he wears a heart pendant on a blue cord necklace
