Bertie the Hamster from Kosen is a very realistic plush version of the popular family pet. No feeding, exercise or cleaning-out required! He has a soft, golden brown plush coat, tiny felt feet and ears, and dark shiny eyes. He is filled with granules, to give a weighted, realistic feel!!
Kosen designers have an eye for detail and they study their animal subjects closely, making detailed drawings, then they create clay models and hand-craft each animal from up to 70 individual pieces of high quality fabric.
The safety eyes are made from top quality plastic and some are custom made, to ensure they are as realistic and lifelike as possible.
The animals are stuffed to ensure they maintain their shape over a long period and finally they are combed, embroidered and airbrushed, resulting in incredibly realistic and true-to-life toys.
