In 2017 Steiff are celebrating 25 years since the Steiff Club began and they made this special bear to commemorate their silver anniversary.
In all the years previously, the limitation of the club bear has been determined by how many bears were ordered in that year, but they are making an exception this year and for the first time ever, they are limiting it to 1992 pieces - to represent the year the club began.
It has a lovely, thick silver, grey mohair coat, with alcantara pads and a silver hand-stitched nose.
The striking feature on this bear is the silver coloured teddy pin fixed to the silk neckerchief, which is based on the first club gift of 1992. WOW!
