As God's messenger, the Archangel Gabriel informed Mary that she was to give birth to the baby Jesus. Led by a star above the manger, three wise men travelled from the East to adore the child.
Gabriel and the three holy kings - Caspar, Melchior and Balthazar - are additions to last years Steiff Nativity Scene. Each of the three kings wears a crown and bears a gift, while their capes and clothing compliment the relevant shade of mohair. The somewhat larger Gabriel appears entirely in white and has glorious wings.
The set comprises of the 4 bears, all made of the finest mohair:-

BALTHAZAR - 11CM BEIGE
ARCHANGEL GABRIEL - 13CM WHITE
This set of four are a stylish addition to the Holy family, but would make a lovely festive display on their own.
It has the famous gold plated "Button in Ear" and a white label with red writing, showing that it is only limited to 500 pieces worldwide, making a very collectable set.
