Limited to only 700 bears, worldwide, so very collectable!!
Charlie Bears are based in Launceston, Cornwall and Pilot Pete has been created to raise funds for the Cornwall Air Ambulance's New Heli Appeal. He is named after a pilot called Pete from the Cornwall Air Ambulance, who helped rescue one of the staff of Charlie Bears......so PILOT PETE is the perfect name for this fund-raising bear!
Our shop is based in Swanage and the area around us forms part of the Jurassic coast, so we are well aware of the amazing support that the Air Ambulance provide!
Pilot Pete has soft, dark fur and his light stitched paws and hand-stitched nose and mouth stand out against this, making a good contrast. He is part of the Hatty Series, so wears a pilot style hat, of course and his ears stand out from this, making him look extra cute and quirky.
He wears a knitted scarf to keep him warm while he is working and this collectable bear is extra special, as there are only 700 worldwide and he will be a talking point in any collection.
