Neil is from the Charlie Bears Secret Collection 2019.
Neil is a very natural looking bear with dark brown fur on his arms, legs, panda eye markings, collar and ears and all of this plush is tipped with white and then either a warm caramel brown or rich chocolate brown in varying patterns. On his body and head, Neil has long white plush with black tipping and this has large sections of a cream plush within it.
Neil has warm brown eyes and sculpted brown paw pads. For accessories, Neil wears a black knotted thong necklace with a gunmetal key and an engraved heart as pendants.
