Steiff's 'Lord' Great Dane dog was only made once between 1932 and 1936. He is very rare now, which is why Steiff decided to bring him back as an authentic replica. Lord is made from wool felt and stuffed with traditional exclesior wood wool. Each one is painstakingly painted by hand, from the spots on his back & pink accents in his ears, right down to his nose!
Lord has dark brown glass eyes which are individually made especially for him. He is delivered in a Steiff box with numbered certificate of authenticity and bears the Steiff underscored button in ear made of patinated steel, with the black & white label exclusive to Steiff replicas.
