Steiff's Teddy Clown Replica 1926 takes us back to the era 1926-1928. During this time Steiff produced over 30000 clown teddy bears - they all had black pom poms and ruffs of different bright colours....then a clown bear turned up in Germany 90 years later with a black ruff! So Steiff have recreated this colourway so you can own a special, unusual bear.
Teddy Clown Replica 1926 is made from the finest, delicately tipped, Steiff Schulte mohair and traditionally stuffed with wood shavings. He's fully jointed, with a squeaker in his tummy and beautiful glass eyes. He wears a felt hat with hand-made pom poms and a pleated ruff. Delivered in a Steiff box, with numbered certificate of authenticity.
