Charlie Bears arrive throughout the year so by pre-ordering you'll secure the bear ahead of their arrival, guaranteeing you get them!

Once a bear has sold out, we often can't get any more so they become retired, as they're no longer in production or available to re-order.

These bears have had homes before, making them second-hand. Our Pre-Loved bears are older and retired meaning you can only secure them on the secondary market.

Your Hug is your collection of bears. Whether you only have one bear, or hundreds, every Hug counts!

All bears come with a stock image but this is often of a prototype so the 'real' thing can vary. We take our own in the fur photos so you can see what they really look like!
