Once an order has been placed, we'll get to work as quickly as possible.

Orders are normally sent in the morning of the next working day.

If for any reason we are unable to post your item until the day after this, then we will automatically upgrade the postal service to Royal Mail 24 at no additional fee to yourself.

Any other despatch delays will be notified to you ASAP.

We only send by Royal Mail and find their service to be extremely reliable. For larger orders, we use Parcelforce, who are part of Royal Mail.

All orders over £29 get FREE delivery!

For orders £28.99 and less, postage is charged at £3.99.

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail 48, which aims to deliver in 2 - 3 working days.

If you'd like faster delivery, we offer Royal Mail 24, which should be with you in 1 - 2 days. This service is £5.99.

Unfortunately we only ship to UK addresses so we're not able to accept overseas orders - sorry!
