Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days from receipt of your order to arrange any returns, and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Once we have confirmed receipt of your return request and provided details of how to do this, you’ll need to return the bear within 30 days from the receipt of your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
