Fantastic Frank is everything you need in a bear - and he's an extra-special plumo too! His cuddly coat is rich, glossy brown plush with a lighter shade of fluffy bib, while he has a luxurious, chocolate brown muzzle and inner ears. His brown pupil eyes, with white felt backing give him lots of kind expression and his Charlie Bears style is completed with a charming pendant on a knotted thong.
