Hans is the star of the famous festive ballet "The Nutcracker", where a young girl was given a toy soldier nutcracker and is then heartbroken when her brother breaks the gift. However, she is soon delighted when a mysterious doctor mends it, just in time for her to hug it to sleep.
Hans is made from a soft neutral mohair and looks charming in his smart, fixed, red soldier uniform, which is topped off by a black hat with gold braiding and embellishments. He has flat feet, so will stand un-aided.
He is a musical bear and plays a delicious Tchaikovsky melody from The Nutcracker.
Hans is a fully jointed bear from the Charlie Bears 2017 Isabelle Collection.
