A very striking bear, RUMPUS is a 30" standing Charlie Bear and his gorgeous white plush really makes him stand out from the crowd. He wears a red and white knitted bobble hat and scarf which are very detailed and really finish him off nicely.
This pretty polar bear wears his heart on his hat... in fact there's two of them on there so the other one must be yours as I'm sure he has stolen your heart already!!
